1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PeptideGuide UK (“the Site”, “we”, “us”) at peptideguide.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Use of the Site

The Site provides educational information about peptides for research purposes. You agree to use the Site lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.

You must not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without our written permission
• Post content that is defamatory, harassing, or in violation of applicable law
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation

3. User content policy

You may post reviews, comments, and other content (“User Content”) on the Site. By submitting User Content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content on the Site.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, at our sole discretion, violates these terms, is misleading, or is otherwise objectionable. We do not endorse User Content or any opinions expressed therein.

Supplier reviews must be based on genuine personal experience. Posting false or paid reviews is prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

4. Membership & subscriptions

Premium membership subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not offer partial-period refunds on cancellations.

5. Refund policy

Premium membership: New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment with no questions asked. Contact [email protected].

Academy course: Full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have completed less than 20% of the course content.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Digital downloads and PDF resources are non-refundable once downloaded.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and course materials — is owned by or licensed to PeptideGuide UK and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

The Site provides information for educational and research purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice. See our full Medical Disclaimer for details.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that supplier information is always accurate, current, or complete. Supplier listings are not endorsements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptideGuide UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased from listed suppliers. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at peptideguide.uk/terms.
